Not for the V6 manual, only for the V6 4 speed auto.

Well......actually.....Brent at Trailtough tells me emphatically that his gears should fit the V6 manual.  If I had the money right now, I would give it a shot.  You might have luck with Rob Storr Manufacturing in the UK.  He once told me he'd be making some.  Here are the links:

Good luck!  And....PLEASE...keep us posted!  I will eventually want to get them, too.

Impossible.  The Manual has a shorter output shaft and won't work.  Calmini knows this first hand, not emphatically guessing.

This is also the case with the 5 speed auto and the Peugeot diesel powered models too.

Right.....he's aware of that difference.  Maybe they're actually made for the manuals, and not the autos.  I don't know what the deal is, but he insists they'll work.  I think I'd have him install them into a lightly used manual V6 transfer case, and purchase the whole thing.  Then, I'd send my t-case back to him for core.  Then if he's wrong, he'll know before he ships it out, and could eat it.  Don't ask me.....I just know I've mentioned it twice on the phone with him and he's said they would work.  I know he's extremely knowledgeable on Samurai's and Sidekicks/Trackers.  Maybe somebody who knows more than me should give him a call and mention that they've been thinking about getting the gears for their 5 speed GV.  :-\

Well unless he is selling two different sets (he doesn't mention this on his site) I can't see how it will work. I have a set of his in an auto t-case and the manual is different. Others have tried and failed.

Has this issue been figured out? Just picked up an 03 5spd GV and ordered an OME lift for it.

Nope, there is still not a bolt together solution to use the a GV manual transmission and a crawler t-case gear set. There may be some hope with the Undertaker kit that Trail Tough is selling IF one could use the input gears from their GV manual equipped t-case and then bolt on a regular Sidekick case behind that with the crawler gear set in it. Essentially a dual case setup without the ability to range the first case. ???

Well I guess I'll just regear to 5.125's when I go to 30's or 31's and I'll be close to stock which is pretty adequate for what I plan on doing for now. Worst case use my other dana 300 adapter plate and run dual cases when the time is needed lol.

Worst comes to worse, I'll finish up my other dana 300 adapter for the GV :P. I have the kick, dana 300 doubler in the buggy and it's holding up good to the 2.0L. Trying to figure out what size tires I want to run with the OME lift and 1.5 spacers.
